There have been several break-ins and thefts in the Shadow Hills area over
the last few months. Keep alert to suspicious activities and please notify the
proper authorities if you witness any illegal activity. Various areas of the
estates are also under constant video surveillance. Keep your property
secure, your cars locked and don’t leave any valuables in plain sight.
ABANDONED VEHICLES
Homeowners can now pay homeowner dues on-line through the
Westcom website www.westcommgmt.com
You will need to log on and register to pay by credit card, debit card,
check or phone payment. You can set up recurring payments or pay
on the date of your choice.

Important Information
The speed limit in Shadow Hills Estates is 25 mph. For the safety of the residents, their
children, equestrians, and all others, please drive safely and courteously. There have
recently been a few incidents of property damage caused by excessive speed , it is also
worth mentioning that the horse trails are not to be used by motor vehicles of any kind.

If you are miss-delivered a package or mail that is intended for your
neighbor...please let them know, or better yet, just take the item to your neighbor’s
door.

7. Go to: www.lacity-parking.org and then click on Abandoned Vehicles. You
will receive a receipt for reporting the vehicle via return email.
